SHIPPING INFORMATION

We make every effort to ship orders that are received on weekdays by 12:00PM PST (3:00PM EST), to ship that same day. Orders received on weekends are shipped the next business day. If you place your order on Friday and choose Next Day Air Shipping, the order will be delivered on the following Monday. Ant offers Postal Service (Canada Post), Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air. The shipping method depends on the level of service you select when you check out. Therefore the time you received your products depend on the level of service you select.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands are shipped using 2nd Day or Next Day Shipping only. If you select Ground the Free Shipping does not apply. Please note, if your address is a PO Box, APO, FPO your order will be shipped Canada Post Priority Mail. The Free Shipping does not apply.

TRANSPORT TIME FOR CANADA POST GROUND SERVICE

Most packages reach their destination within 4-5 business days. As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking number. By tracking your package at www.ups.com you will know what day your package will arrive. Please remember, Canada Post does not count Saturday or Sunday as a business day.

Just for your assurance before you fill out the customer information and payment information the shipping charge will appear on the page. AMAZONASNATURALTREATMENTS.CA automatically computes and displays shipping charges whenever you select to check out. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost to your purchase before you actually need to submit your payment information. There will be no “Hidden” charges. If the shipping fee is not displayed when you place the order, we will contact you to confirm the exact shipping cost before we charge the order.

CURRENTLY, WE DO SHIP INTERNATIONAL

Because the laws in every country are different concerning Herbal and Natural products, we are not responsible for the loss of the products taken by Customs that are imported into different countries. The customer needs to know the rules and regulations of their countries before purchasing any item, therefore it is at their own risk and cost.

ADDRESS CORRECTION:

If the incorrect shipping address is entered the customer will be charged a $10.00 address correction fee. This fee will be charged once Canada Post has notified us of the address correction and the additional charge. SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES:

SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS AND STOLEN MERCHANDISE

We do NOT request or require a signature for deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or another safe area, but it is solely up to your Canada Post driver’s discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label. If your package was delivered, and the shipping company confirmed it – we can not accept any theft claims for the refunds.

Return Policy

All products ordered and not processed/packed in our ordering system can be cancelled (via E-mail or telephone) for a full refund (including shipping). If you plan on canceling, please let us know ASAP since we do process orders as soon as we can (in general before 12PM PST).
If the order has already been processed/packed, then we will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee. Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
All UNOPENED returns covered under our 30-day Money Back are subject to the following condition: – Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by anthealth must accompany all returns. The RMA Number must be included on the outside label of every shipping box.
We cannot process returns without this number. – RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30-days from the date the product was shipped out to you. – Dissatisfaction with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. Since every individual has a different perception of what does and doesn’t taste good, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc. – All products must be returned in sellable” condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. –
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. – All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products. You may wish to insure your return. If we do not receive it, we cannot credit you for it. – In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item there is a mandatory $6.99 deduction off your total refund. – Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. – Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days under any circumstances. –

AMAZONASNATURALTREATMENTS.CA – If you received the incorrect item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please do not open the items – No restocking fee, full refund applicable Return reason: Received the correct product/s but simply not satisfy with the item.
